BROO CONNECT – RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase or order confirmation.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damages and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at brooconnect@gmail.com with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Digital products and downloadable items

• Clearance or sale items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product following our return process and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
