• Other Indian States: 3–10 business days
• Remote Locations: 5–15 business days

SHIPPING CHARGES
• Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
• Shipping charges may apply on orders below ₹499 and will be displayed during checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
DELIVERY DELAYS
Broo Connect is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, transportation issues, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Broo Connect will not be responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
